CTRD Trust has been working closely with the French Medical Group since 2007. Through the Solem Association, students are sent to CTRD to help work on projects and to give the students the opportunity to learn about local tribal culture and the lifestyle of the people in the area.
The medical groups conduct volunteer services in France, prior to coming to Tamil Nadu, in order to raise money from the general public, French companies and the government.
This money is then spent on CTRD projects and humanitarian activities that maximize their skills and knowledge in the areas of health education and medical training, enabling the students to benefit the local disadvantaged communities in which CTRD works.
